• local settings related to WebClip

Where data is stored

WebClip stores user-created data locally in chrome.storage.local inside the browser.

Why the data is used

• to save webpages
• to save selected text
• to organize saved items with tags, notes, collections, pin, and archive
• to provide search, filters, sorting, and local backup import/export

Data sharing

WebClip does not sell user data. WebClip does not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to its user-facing functionality.
